Mentoring and Membership Experience - Annual Plan 

Having a plan in place for your business is just the start. Staying on track and delivering that plan is the key to success. 

Owning a business is hard. No one ever told us that you not only had to deliver the product you promise or sell, but you also need to be the Sales person, the Marketing Manager, the Revenue Manager, the finance guru as well as the Administration Master and everything else thrown in plus have a personal private life!

"The Achievers" is for the business owner that wants to build a business they love. Dream Big Dreams for their life and their family and then deliver the results they desire. Because you can have big dreams, but if you don't take action that's all they are. 

This is program isn't for everyone. It is for those that are ready to make waves in their travel business. That want to build a business they can have a holiday themselves from and ensure that the business still comes in.

Each month as part of "The Achievers" monthly experience, we assess and work through 1 area of your business that will help you move forward as we assess where you are at, what could be improved and then work through the steps to do those things. 

The areas we will focus on are: 

• Sales
• Marketing
• Operations
• Clients

We dive deep into each area, so that at the end of the year, you have made progress on 11 things that will help you grow and sustain your business.

These could be things like - designing and email sequence that keeps you connected with your clients, putting together a revenue plan or forecasting your cashflow, sales strategies that will help you build your client base without spending money, setting up referral networks, podcast guesting and getting publicity, marketing on social media. The list goes on, but the goal is for you to continue to do small things to make a big difference. 

As part of "The Achievers" program, each month you will receive: 

• 1 x Mastermind Session on the Months' topic, its a deep dive into a specific topic area. (11 Months of the year)
• 1 x Accountability check in call - in small groups to ensure that we focus on you and your business and at a time that works for us both. This is a chance to connect and share wins and challenges for the month. (11 Months of the year)
• A supportive group of other "Achievers" that 'get' you and where you are at and can be there to cheer you on and celebrate the wins with you.
• Private Communication Channel. This may become a Private Facebook Group depending on group consensus.
• Worksheets, Checklists, training materials that relate to the topic.
• How to and Step by step videos created by the Travel Agent Achievers Team to help you move forward with an area you may be stuck on.
• Discounted pricing for as long as you are a member to any additional workshops/ programs/ events created.
• Added bonus sessions with guest experts from time to time, depending on the topic. 

You get access to all of the materials, recording and trainings month on month as long as you remain in the program. 

This special offer is only valid for those that become a member in September 2021. This is an annual plan and an ongoing subscription, with the amount being deducted annually, unless we are notified 30days prior to the next payment.
